"I called in advance due to the single 1 star review and the young lady that answered was extremely helpful and even walked out to confirm the chargers were operational as well as their kw. It’s 160 kw however it pulls every bit of 156-157 kw so not much slower than an Electrify America or any other 350kw. Super fast and easy to use and it’s a great country store that’s open 24/7 with everything from home goods to BBQ."

"I was able to charge but unplugging the cable took several tries. For whatever reason the cable would not unlock from my charge port. I tried two different cables and they both did the same thing."
