"Terrible Experience – Avoid if You Can Downloaded the app and arrived at the charging location. Everything seemed fine at first — the gates opened promptly, and the terminal was available. So far, so good. Then the problems began. Tried connecting my car, only to be met with an error: “Unable to communicate with the car.” The terminal and app both froze on the payment screen. I attempted multiple payment methods to get things going — each time the transaction was processed, but the terminal remained unresponsive. Money was deducted, but nothing next. Frustrated, I decided to abandon the charging attempt. But it didn’t end there. The boom gate wouldn’t open to let me out. No call button, no code entry, and no help or option in the app. I was essentially trapped inside with no way to exit until I had to tailgate behind another car just to get out. A deeply frustrating and poorly designed experience from start to finish. Think twice before using this service again, especially when its raining."

"Slow charging on what they call a supercharger. Only 30kw maximum! Someone using place as a parking spot when I arrived, took them a while to move. Very congested and chaotic parking. Welcome to Paris!"

"4 étoiles car l'expérience d'entrée / sortie du parking est un peu laborieuse. Disons qu'il ne faut pas y aller quand il pleut. Il faut sortir de son véhicule pour taper le code pour lever la barrière lors de l'arrivée puis en partant. À part ça, il s'agit de bornes Electra classique qui fonctionnent bien. À 0,59€ ça reste cher malgré tout."
