Borne de recharge TotalEnergies

"The chargers screen was defective, so we were unable to stop the session, and the cable was locked into the vehicle. We called the number listed on the machine, but she was unable to help. There is suppossed to be a serial number on the machine which it was not. Even when we told her the place and address, she told us that there isn't even a charger listed there in their system. We decided to wait until it was at a 100% charge since that was only a few minutes after the whole ordeal. While waiting, we saw that the serial number is, in fact, shown on the screen when it switches views (for anyone that has the same issue). Maybe then she could have helped us. Thank god our car charges fast. For reference, we used charger 3"

"Impossible de charger, dernière fois de ma vie que j'essaie une borne Total. J'ai pourtant essayé 4 cartes de recharge et 2 cartes bancaires. Pas envie d'appeler, je les aurais insulté. Y'a Tesla un peu plus loin, l'expérience est tellement plus simple et fiable..."
