"175 DC out of order. 50 DC connector got stuck in my car and impossible to remove it. I called the tech support who was completely useless. He kept asking me some reference numbers on the charger but none were present. A tech was supposed to call me but couldn't because I don't have a French phone number. I managed to get out of the situation by using the "special assistance emergency" button and a nice lady came to help but I got stuck almost 1h there without being to charge. Terrible. I drove 1km to carrefour where I could charge without any issues and very quickly at 300KW. Avoid total like the plague. It's the second time this "charger stuck in the car" happens but the 1st time was resolved much more quickly by tech support."

"Good for charging, but no seating area or toilets. They didn't make an exception for a pregnant woman who really needed the toilet."

"Die Aufladung hat problemlos funktioniert. Leider war die Säule überhaupt nicht ausgeschildert und auf der Rückseite der Tankstelle extrem schwer zu finden. Angekommen sieht man dann, dass die Säulen recht neu sind, aber schon nach dieser kurzen Zeit der Einzug über das Seil nicht mehr funkioniert. Mülleimer und Aschenbecher habe leider ebenfalls gefehlt. Leider auch nicht unter Dach und ohne Schatten."
