Réseau eborn Charging Station

"The charging station is not functioning; it does not accept credit cards or the RFID from Eborn. I contacted technical support, but they requested a reference number that I couldn't find. When I provided the location, they noted that it wasn't listed on the station itself. They then asked for my membership details to initiate a remote charge, but unfortunately, that wasn’t possible either. 20 min spent here. Waste of time"

"Charge interrompue pour je ne sais quelle raison... la borne n'ayant pas détecté la déconnection de ma voiture, je me suis vu facturé de 24h de frais de stationnement...résultat 18 euros pour 7 kw/h ... après un échange de mails avec le service client, j'ai obtenu un remboursement des frais de stationnement."
