Electrify America Charging Station

"I’ll give Electrify 5 stars when they start properly maintaining their sites. It’s a great concept that’s being badly executed. I have to drive all the way to the New braunfels location sometimes because EV structure is so bad in this city. It’s a decently fast charge though. This is the only station i prefer, that’s why im willing to only go to the other Electrify station in NB. So it’s not a bad station or company, by any means. It just needs help!! I don’t know if it’s possible but I just wish we had at least two of these stations here. I hope I can come back to change my review soon 🙏"

"Absolutely horrible!! The charging stations are frequently broken, have issues delivering a rapid charge as advertised, won't accept payment/ initiate a charge, etc. Locations are 25+ mins apart and are limited. Be sure to factor extra time into your day for drama - it's guaranteed. Last EV for me!! I'd rather pay for my gas and go."

"The charging bank if conveniently in the Walmart parking lot, fast unfortunately they average 2 or 3 down daily. Considering you have fleet vehicles, manufacturer testing vehicles, and average user these bank with 7 stations is not enough. Unfortunately every time you call customer service they say the same, maintenance team knows about it. Unfortunately that doesn’t help the user that is wasting hours waiting for an available charger. They have to improve the maintenance or start paying for customers to go elsewhere. Considering all the green initiatives, I think electrify America is way behind on their availability and upkeep. Find another charger if in a pinch."

"They have 8 charging stations and up to 350 kw charging speeds. Took 12 minutes to go from 79 miles of range to 210"

"They have a auto reload for my account that triggers when I get below $5. Twice now they have randomly stole money from my account which is what happens when they take money from my account that was not authorized. I have talked customer service but they are just another company that hires people who cannot speak or understand English. They are THIEVES!!!"
