Evie Charging Station

"1 out of 4 charging stations were operational. Customer service unable to help. When we finally were able to begin charging it was only pulling 75kW which is very shy of the advertised 350kW. What should have taken 20 mins ended up taking over an hour 30 mins."

"Unable to get any of the four chargers to work . We got a connected message and then charging complete 0% . No charge happened and we were close to running on empty. Luckily not too far from home."

"Charging did not work, which is unfortunate given the spot it is in (near amenities and food)."

"Charged fine. Not as sustained fast as a supercharger, maybe due to lack of preconditioning? At least there's some shops here and tables to have a break at. Update: maybe a Tesla update and now I get 180kW+ easily. Has worked for all my 10 times or so?"

"I can never convince plug 2 (CCS) to work, but plug 4 is reliable and quick. Not normally a wait at this station in my experience."
