"Doesn’t work. Successfully authenticated my bank card and asked me to plug in. The car could see the charger was plugged in but the charger screen did not change and after delivering no charge the screen returned to the main menu. Tried three times and spoke to support who rebooted the charger but the same thing happened again. Waste of time and not ideal as it is the only charge point in Morzine - a remote mountain resort."

"Charging at this station is not possible. Many people come here to charge, as it is the only fast-charging station in the area (as of July 2025), but it doesn’t work for anyone. My charging card was accepted, but the charging process never started. When I called the hotline, the staff were rude and unable to speak English – which raises the question: why work on an support line if you cannot communicate in English? Overall, I would not recommend the provider “Eborn.”"

"Tried 2 days ago. A Tesla was successfully fast charging on #3. #2 fast charger would not recognise that my car was connected but payment authorisation was working. AC charging worked, but only at 10kWn of the quoted 22."

"Card authorized, but did not charge the car. Called the support line but was rudely cut off with a short "No" when asked if they speak english. Sadly I had a similar experience with the same company in Châtel a year ago. It would have been a better rating if the support at least tried to help"
