"1 of the 4 charge points wasn't working, and in the Easter weekend rush there was a queue. There was an attendant keeping things on track though. Once it calmed down and managed to get charging, it took 3 tries to get the charger working because I plugged it in first, but the trick with these is to go through the whole payment process first, and only then plug in. The interface on the screen doesn't work great (there are interface options overlapping), the credit card option didn't work, the charge card has to be from total energies, the web interface and the app are both pretty bad. The registration didn't work for me because I had a space in my post code, but all you get told by the form is that there's an error, so I had some guessing to do what it could be. And it's expensive. So not great overall."
