"It worked - the first time. It didn’t require some kind of account or app - just a credit card. It charged fast, and the price was reasonable. It’s next to a McDonald - meaning there are restrooms you can use and you can keep children fed / entertained. Second visit - the interface failed. It took 10 min to get customer support. The person was lovely but unable to reset the system remotely as another car was charging. We had to find a different charging station. It’s unclear to me why interfaces have been designed to be interdependent."
