Evie Charging Station

"Had a very bad experience, account got charged for the person next to me charging at the same time. Two bills for two seperate station charging at the same time. Financial information not safe with them. Called customer care to explain, the person on phone asking for a proof of picture of the other car charging next to me at the same time. How would someone expect to be charged for the charging that wan’t used by then and take pictures as a proof. Only noticed double charges after leaving the station. Customer care not helpful, they are not even able to generate a reference number for the call or a reply to the email confirming they are looking into it. My card information is at stake and the only thing they could assure was this has been escalated. Not happy at all!!"

"Terrible place to charge your car at they advertise the charging speed 75kw it was only charging at 23kw they still charge you for the fast charging speed. There customers survice is useless. I won't recommend eve charging station to anyone"
